Zombie Apocalypse Addon For MCPE 1.21+
This add-on is designed to be challenging with a low chance of survival. Every feature—from the number of zombies to the availability of drinks—has been carefully balanced for difficulty. Survival is possible, but only for the skilled.
This add-on does NOT require experimental features. However, avoid mixing it with other add-ons that modify the player.json file to prevent errors.
This add-on uses the player.json file.
Players will start the game falling from the sky with a parachute to avoid being spawn-killed. Choose a good landing spot to begin your journey.
You will receive a Starter Kit. Place it down and open it to get essential items to begin your survival.
Player stats are shown above the food bar and rotate continuously so you can always monitor your condition.
Your Hydration and Energy decrease as you play. Drink fluids to stay hydrated, and restore energy by drinking energy drinks, taking Pro Plus, or sleeping. Hygiene will increase over time and can be maintained by cleaning yourself with water and shower gel.
Blood Toxicity increases when attacked by zombies but can be reduced by taking antibiotics.
Fall damage injures your legs, slowing you down significantly and making you vulnerable to zombies.
Craft rags as soon as you gather some string.
With rags and sticks, you can craft a splint to treat leg injuries.
Animals do not drop food automatically. You must use a sharp tool to harvest meat. If the animals are not vaccinated, the meat will be contaminated and may cause the hunger effect.
Your main food source will be looted from food boxes and cupboards inside structures.
Rats and crows can be hunted for meat. Remember to cook it first.
True Survival – Zombie Apocalypse Guide
You might have noticed that villagers aren’t found in their usual homes — that’s because they don’t exist yet.True Survival – Zombie Apocalypse takes place before villagers existed. They only come into existence because of your actions in this add-on. By vaccinating survivors, their offspring become the villagers you see today.Vaccinating survivors isn’t easy. You’ll need to travel, trade, and complete several tasks.
To create a working vaccine, you need a Medical Table. By now, you should have your Zombie Heart(s). You’ll also need a few other items:
- Beakers and Glass Vials can be crafted.
You will need Ethanol to make the zombie vaccine. To create Ethanol, you first need yeast, which you get from a rotting apple:
- Cover an apple with sugar.
- Place the apple down and wait for it to rot. The more it rots, the more yeast it produces.
- Once you have yeast, combine it with other ingredients to craft a bottle of Ethanol.
- Separate the Ethanol into empty vials.
The Zombie Heart must be blended to extract as much blood as possible.
- Place the blender in a well-lit area — it is solar-powered and only works in good light.
- Blenders can be crafted.
- Put the Zombie Heart in the blender and turn it on.
- When blending is done, use an empty beaker to collect the blood.
- Separate the blood into 8 vials for the next step.
Next, you need to travel to the Nether to gather Nether Wart.
- Dry the Nether Wart before use.
- Add dried Nether Wart to a vial of Ethanol to make Nether Wart Solution.
- Mix the Zombie Blood vial with the Nether Wart Solution to create the Zombie Vaccine. It still needs mixing.
Place the Vortex Mixer in a well-lit area (it’s solar-powered).
- Vortex Mixers can be crafted.
- Insert the unmixed vaccine vial into the mixer and wait.
Before vaccinating a human, they need to trust you can protect them.
- When talking to a human, they’ll show if they’re willing to join your team. If not, you cannot vaccinate them.
- You need at least 100 zombie kills for them to acknowledge you.
- Even with 100 kills, they might still refuse.
- If they accept, you can vaccinate them and open their menu.
When you have males and females in your base, leave them alone at night.
- Eventually, they will breed.
- You’ll know a female is pregnant by a different response when talking to her.
- Babies go through stages before becoming fully immune villagers.
- Adult villagers can trade with you like normal villagers.
Keep doing this to grow your community.
Backpacks contain trade items and melee weapons.

The player.json is used in this add-on.

If you like the difficulty of our Zombies but would like to add another Gun add-on or Structure add-on to create your own Apocalypse then download (THE ZOMBIES) packs instead. These packs just add the Zombies to your world without the use of the player.json, so you can add any other add-on with them to create a world you fully enjoy playing.
